Chemical Hygiene Plan
Another powerful example of the utilization of the Web Builder application is the ability to create a web based chemical hygiene plan. In most organizations, this chemical hygiene plan is required updating periodically, typically once a year. The example below indicates examples of segments of the plan. This example shows the P.I. identification, laboratory/room identification, and personnel with training history. In the laboratory/room identification section, safety and emergency equipment identification is documented. In the personnel section, training history and training requirements are indicated. These forms are extremely intuitive and represent your approach in documenting information concerning your chemical hygiene plan. Next year when the requirement to update this information becomes due, the author simply manages the existing data by updating/editing the detail data and submitting for review.
