Form Registration Comparison

On Site Systems is excited to announce the addition of a
significant, new feature to the Web Builder application. Presently, it is very difficult for the
reviewer of a permit/protocol to know what changes have occurred when a PI is
either amending or renewing an existing permit.
The PI takes the documentation that was created during the last permit
approval process and makes changes to reflect the status of their current research. These changes can be substantial, but also very
small and difficult to find without spending excessive amounts of time trying
to locate them. The reviewer must
closely compare the original and updated documentation to see what changes have
been made. This is typically the most
time consuming part of the approval process.
With the new Web Builder application feature, the reviewer will now be able to easily locate any changes that have been made to the previous application. The entire subcategory of questions contains a gray indicator mark to reflect when a change has been made within that category. This eliminates the need to look for changes in subcategories where there are none.
The software then does the comparison work for you by showing the Before, After, and Difference. The Difference is color coded to indicate the type of change (e.g., Green is a new addition and Red is a deletion). Records that have been completely removed or added are also indicated in this manner.
Please see the following screenshots for examples of how changes are displayed:
