Triggering a Task/Event
Within the Web Builder, a response to a question can trigger events or tasks to be scheduled. These tasks typically are related to the workers being attached to a specific permit. This permit can represent any type of Environmental Health and Safety permit or compliance function that is required by the facility, state or national entity.
The example below shows a couple examples. Within the registration process, questions pertaining to any type of assessment requiring an answer can trigger the following: Training, PPE, Medical Surveillance, Additional Questionnaires, Lab/Room Placarding, Hazard indication.

If the question is answered (Yes), the Web Builder application will create PPE requirements and Training requirements as indicated.
By simply answering that you work with Unsealed Radioactive Materials, the EH&S Assistant can create training requirements as shown. This is a very powerful application that allows the P.I. to communicate the hazards and procedures that exist within his/her work environment. This triggering task has the potential to control all of the compliance and safety requirements within your organization.
